In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless context otherwise requires.

Access to, and use of, the eji88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during account ownership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. eji88 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and actively operates age-verification procedures. Any Member found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all transactions voided, and any deposited funds returned to the payment method of origin.
• You must be an individual natural person acting on your own behalf. eji88 accounts may not be held or operated by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or any other legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of eji88 or any of its affiliated companies, game studio partners, or payment processors, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with eji88 or any other gaming operator that would preclude your participation in online gaming activities.
• You must access the Platform solely for your own personal recreational and entertainment purposes. Commercial exploitation of the Platform — including but not limited to operating agent accounts or collecting third-party wagers — is strictly prohibited.

To access real-money gaming features on the eji88 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant the following:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Indonesian mobile telephone number — is accurate, complete, and current at the time of submission.
• You are registering for yourself personally and are not acting on behalf of, or registering for, any third party.
• This is your first and only eji88 Account. eji88 enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be merged or suspended at eji88's sole discretion, and any Bonus Funds associated with the duplicate accounts will be voided.
• You will promptly notify eji88 of any material changes to your registration information by contacting [email protected].

eji88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not create any contractual obligation on eji88 to accept future deposits or wagers from the Member.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eji88 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. eji88 will never ask for your password via any channel — including email, live chat, or telephone. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not used across other platforms or services, and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account protection, accessible from your Account settings dashboard.
• Not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify eji88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• Log out of your Account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

eji88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this clause. Any transactions completed using valid Account credentials will be treated as authorized by the Account holder, unless eji88 has been notified of a security breach prior to the execution of those transactions.

eji88 is committed to operating in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) principles. Accordingly, eji88 may require you to submit identity and address verification documentation prior to processing withdrawals, or at any point during account ownership where eji88 deems verification necessary.

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence. The document must be valid, not expired, and clearly display your full legal name and date of birth.
• Proof of residential address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the past three months and displaying your name and current address.
• Payment method verification: Documentation confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds (e.g., a BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account statement, or a screenshot of the OVO/DANA account in your name).

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved. eji88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending KYC completion. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with eji88's Privacy Policy.

• All deposits to your eji88 Account must be made from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the Account being flagged for review.
• eji88 supports deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT TRC-20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are as published on the eji88 deposits page and may be updated from time to time.
• eji88 does not impose deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees independently of eji88. eji88 is not responsible for any such third-party charges.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Indonesian Rupiah. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to fund your eji88 Account, subject to KYC verification as described in Clause 5.
• eji88 targets the following withdrawal processing times (measured from the time of approval, not from time of request): bank transfers within 1–3 hours; e-wallet transfers within 30–60 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 2–24 hours. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or scheduled maintenance.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled will be placed on hold until the requirement is met, or until the Member elects to forfeit the active bonus.
• eji88 reserves the right to limit, delay, or refuse a withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

eji88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is presented, and to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any Member found to be systematically exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to bonus hunting, match betting across multiple accounts, or wagering in patterns that demonstrate no genuine recreational intent — will have their bonus voided and may have their Account suspended.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds (or Bonus Funds plus the associated deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Certain game types may contribute less than 100% toward fulfilling a wagering requirement — for example, live dealer table games may contribute 10%–20%, while video slots typically contribute 100%. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account Balance without prior notice.
• eji88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing, active bonus claims are honored under the terms at the time of the original claim.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All games available on the eji88 Platform — including video slots, live casino, sportsbook, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), video poker, and mahjong — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or game information page. The following general gaming conditions apply across all game types:

• All outcomes on eji88 are determined by certified, independently audited random-number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed game studio partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft. eji88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds are subject to the minimum odds restrictions specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold during an active bonus period may not count toward wagering requirements.
• Technical malfunctions — such as a disconnection during an active game round — void all wagers associated with that round unless game logs confirm a definitive outcome prior to the malfunction. eji88's decision in such cases is final.
• For sportsbook bets, eji88 reserves the right to void, amend, or cancel any bet where an event is abandoned, where the bet was placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error, or where the outcome is determined to be invalid by the relevant governing body.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets on the eji88 sportsbook are subject to a minimum of three selections. A single void leg reduces the parlay to the remaining legs; if fewer than two valid legs remain, the bet is settled as a single or double at the applicable reduced odds.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook results, including match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit.
• Any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud (initiating a bank reversal after a deposit has been used for wagering), identity fraud, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering — depositing funds of illicit origin for the purpose of passing them through the gaming system to obscure their origin. eji88 will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation by relevant authorities.
• Registering an Account on behalf of, or allowing any third party to use, your eji88 Account.
• Any conduct that disrupts, overloads, or compromises the technical integrity of the eji88 Platform, including unauthorized access attempts, penetration testing, or denial-of-service attacks.

eji88 is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that gaming can become problematic for some individuals and take our duty of care toward all Members seriously. The following tools and policies apply:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Once a lower limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods. Where a Member's losses approach the set threshold, an automated notification is triggered.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may set session duration alerts. Upon reaching the set time limit, a prompt is displayed encouraging the Member to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the eji88 Platform by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. During a self-exclusion period, eji88 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Member from reopening or accessing their Account.

All content on the eji88 Platform — including but not limited to the eji88 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of eji88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any eji88 Platform content without express prior written consent from eji88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eji88's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

eji88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events outside eji88's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Errors, delays, or failures in third-party payment processing systems, including Indonesian bank transfer networks and e-wallet platforms.
• Your failure to comply with any provision of these Terms, including failure to maintain account security or misrepresentation of eligibility.
• Any decision to void, reverse, or amend a bet or transaction in accordance with these Terms, where eji88 acted in good faith on the information available at the time.

eji88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will never be sold to third parties. eji88 may share data with regulated third-party service providers — including KYC verification services and payment processors — where necessary to fulfill its contractual and regulatory obligations. eji88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe when requested by eji88.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero Balance.
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to eji88.

A Member may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure.

eji88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect no earlier than 14 days after the date of the notification, except where changes are required to comply with an immediate legal or regulatory obligation, in which case they take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account in accordance with Clause 14.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eji88 holds its gaming license. To the extent permissible under applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules before being escalated to formal legal proceedings.

eji88 recognizes that the majority of its Members are residents of Indonesia. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through arbitration, the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the territory in which eji88 is licensed.
